Terms of Service
Last updated: April 22, 2026
By installing or using the Vidora Chrome extension ("Service") provided by RGC Digital LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Vidora is a browser extension that detects video content technically accessible from the web pages you browse, and lets you save those video files locally to your device. The Service does not circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) or content protection (Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady, etc.).
2. License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on your personal devices. Premium features are unlocked upon successful payment via our payment processor (ExtensionPay/Stripe).
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Vidora only for content you have the legal right to download. This includes:
- Videos you own or have created
- Videos you have received explicit permission to download
- Videos hosted on platforms that allow downloads in their terms of service
- Public-domain or openly-licensed content
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Download copyright-protected content without the right holder's permission
- Bypass paywalls or access controls implemented by content platforms
- Resell or redistribute downloaded content commercially without authorization
- Violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction
You are solely responsible for how you use the videos you download. RGC Digital LLC bears no responsibility for misuse.
4. Pricing and payment
The Pro tier is sold for a one-time payment of $9.99 USD (or local equivalent at checkout). The license is granted for the lifetime of the Service and includes all future updates. No subscription, no recurring charges.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Service availability
We strive for high availability but make no uptime guarantee. The Service depends on the Chrome Web Store distribution platform and on external CDNs (which we don't control). Extended downtime, breaking changes by Chrome, or video-platform changes may temporarily affect functionality.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms (e.g. fraudulent payments, abuse of refund policy, repeated chargebacks).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGC Digital LLC's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all websites and content platforms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the extension's update notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of New Mexico.
