This Privacy Policy explains what data the Vidora Chrome extension and the getvidora.com website collect, how it's used, and what rights you have. We aim for radical privacy: we collect nothing about your browsing or videos. Below is the long version.

1. Who we are

Vidora is operated by RGC Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA. For any data-related question: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

2.1 Inside the extension

Local storage only. We use chrome.storage.local to keep:

• Your settings (theme, preferred formats, language override)
• Your download history (last 7 days for free users, full history for Pro)
• Your premium status (free / trial / paid)
• Your install timestamp (to compute your 3-day trial)
• Anonymous event counters (paywall views, upgrades - used only to debug and improve)

None of this leaves your browser. We have no server that receives this data.

2.2 During payment

If you purchase Pro, payment is processed by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) using Stripe as the payment processor. They receive:

• Your email address (used to restore your license on other devices)
• Your payment information (card number, billing address - handled by Stripe, never seen by us)

RGC Digital LLC only receives an aggregated payout and your purchase email. We never see your card details. Refer to the Stripe Privacy Policy and ExtensionPay Privacy Policy for their handling of your data.

2.3 On the website (getvidora.com)

The website is fully static. No cookies, no analytics, no fingerprinting. Server access logs (IP, user agent) are kept by our hosting provider for up to 30 days for security purposes only.

3. What we don't collect

We do not collect:

• Your browsing history
• The URLs of pages you visit
• The URLs of videos you download
• The content of videos you download
• Any personal identifier other than your purchase email (if you upgrade to Pro)

4. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA)

As long as you're a free user, we have no data about you. There's nothing to access, rectify, or delete on our end.

If you've purchased Pro, you can request:

• Access to the data we hold (your purchase email + transaction record)
• Deletion of your purchase record (note: this prevents us from honoring future refunds or license restoration)
• Portability of your data (we'll email you a copy)

5. Third-party services

We use these services to operate Vidora:

• ExtensionPay - license verification (HTTPS to extensionpay.com)
• Stripe - payment processing
• Google Fonts - Inter font on the website (fonts.googleapis.com)

We do not load any other third-party scripts.

6. Data retention

License records (your purchase email) are kept for as long as your license is active, plus 7 years for tax and accounting purposes (US legal requirement).

7. Children

Vidora is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top whenever we change this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the extension's update notes.
